It’s that time of year when I feel like I’m always getting sick, so it’s time to make Pastina aka Italian Penicillin!
Ingredients
1 cup pastina or acini de pepe
3 cups chicken broth
2 T butter
Freshly grated parm
Black pepper
Instructions
Bring your chicken broth and 1 T of butter to a boil. Add in your pasta and stir. Cook for about 10 minutes, or according to package instructions.
Turn heat off and add in your butter and parm (I used about 1/2 cup). Stir until melted.
Top with more fresh parm, black pepper, and a drizzle of Olive Oil. Enjoy!
